Nissan maxima engine light been on 2 times in the last 4 months. Should i sell it?

i bought this car 4 months ago. First engine light was one o2 sensor, cost $350 to fix. Second time, all three o2 sensors came bad, cost $735 to fix. Is this car worth keeping?

i mechanic for a living,,and own a shop,i guess that would all depend on what year of a car it is and how good of condition it is in,,i don't under stand the cost being so much,the sensors don't cost that much,and labor shouldn't be over 30 bucks a pop to get them put in,,so why the big cost on the bills.,i replaced one last week on a sentra ,and the bill was only 105,bucks,,some body's taking advantage of you on labor and parts,i think id probably find me another mechanic,,one that is reasonable ,good luck hope this help,s.happy new years

Well, once you've put work into it and everything is new then you can guess things won't go wrong for a while. The engine light coming on could just be hoses that need to be replaced. Next time when you take your car in, ask them to look at the engine/transmission and see if anything major is wrong - and take it to the dealer, they will tell you the truth.
