hello friend I've been in this exact situation. you pay approx 15 - 20 GBP at any dealer they WILL ASK 4 chassis no and registration ( it is policy ) and they give you the code within 5 minutes if they do not that, then are not following company policy it's the same for most manufacturers they do it to cut down on car crime and protect their greedy high price markup they make and say dealer only, the bastards it's true .
