Yes the Dodge Magnum will fit 5 people. Coming from experience from owning a Magnum RT AWD and now a SRT8 if you have 2 car seats to be placed in the rear then the 3 person in the middle will be pretty squeezed. Hauling around 5 adults it will again be a fairly tight squeeze as well for the rear passengers (shoulder to shoulder). The magnum does have lots of leg room for everyone in the back.
