The windows have l0ocked up in my 2000 dodge durango and i am not sure if it is a fuse problem. if so, how do?

are you sure you don't have a window lock button on your drivers side control panel on the door? could you have hit it by mistake? if thats not it check the fuse, refer to your owners manual for fuse location.

All of them? Durango's are known to have window regulator problems.. It would be coincidental if all are bad.... The usual fix is regulator replacement.
