I have a 1997 chev cavalier it runs rough and seems like it has no power?

i have changed coil packs , tested fuel pressure, exhaust is not plugged, changed fuel filter, replaced all fuel injectors , tranny is fine, # 1 and # 4 spark plugs are sooty #2 and # 3 are fine , does any 1 know what symtoms i would run into with a faulty ignition module
