BMW e36 climate control function?

i have a BMW e36 318is with climate control as seen here www.bmw-repair.com. its pretty common what all the buttons do but just wanted to clarify what the button BELOW the Air Conditon does? its the 3 arrows going round, my guess its sumthin to do with air circulation but just wanted to knw for sure, thx
