Which size tire and rims should I get?

The UAW is what's killing American auto manufacturers (paying for all the retiree's pensions and whatnot especially). That's just how it is. Unfortunately, Japanese automakers also have this stigma of making the most reliable vehicles, period, which isn't really true as of late. US manufacturers have made great strides in quality and fit & finish.

It's not as clear cut as simply putting aside differences, it's all about money. Many Japanese Manufacturers own large shares in US companies and vice versa.
