If it is gas fuel injectoin bleeding is not needed. The fuel is in a pressurized loop and bleeds itself..Number os axles in KIA Rio 2004?
If it is a diesel there should be a "hand pump" to circulate the fuel and bleed the system. This pump should be by the injection pump. other systems have bleeder screws on the fuel rail, some you have to just crack loose lines at the injectors to bleed.

you should have a release valve on your fuel bar. it looks like a valve stem on your tire. if you dont have that just pull the fuel bar and injectors out and turn it over until all of them are spraying fuelShould be self bleeding but if not just loosen the feed pipe to injectors,spin the motor till feul pumps out,retighten pipes.

You should be able to just "cycle" the ignition ON-OFF-ON several times and listen for the fuel pump (whirring) noise from gas tank. These should self-prime and you do not need to loosen the connections or remove the fuel injectors as this may be DANGEROUS!!!!There is no bleeding injectors unless it is a diesel
