I am looking to replace the V4 engine in my '95 Mazda MX3 and was wondering how complicated it would be to drop in a V6. Was also wondering where the best place would be to get a rebuilt engine? Thanks.

If youre going to drop in a VD I recommend a KLDE from a Probe GT or if you can locate one a KLZE which is the same motor but a JSpec model with More HP.
Are S/H.Jeep Grand Cherokee a good buy?
You will just need the donor car and pretty much take the whole drive train...and especially the ECU and wiring harness.
I am wondering if a transmission that came off a Ford 4.9L will Bolt up to a 5.8L?
Its not really gonna be a 1 day project...make sure you have some free times and some friends to help out.
it's not that complicated, just expensive. u would need engine & transmission. Also the following: axles, wiring harness, pcm, motor mounts, fuel pump, & exhast just to say the least. i looked at trying to put a millenia supercharged engine in one & it really started to get expensive quick.
that is unless u have a donor car!
