hi. i've had it since nov 06 and loving it - my first one with automatic gear box. it's smooth and strong, once you get use to the acceleration which felt a bit slow-responding at first. maybe the breaks could be a tiny bit better. it's a good all around car for town and motorways. eats as little as a small run-around and is good for the environment. so enjoy it :-)my mom has one. and when i come to town i put about a thousand miles on it. i LOVE it! she has had it for almost 2 years, no problems. my dad takes it on cross country road trips, everything has been great with it. i want that car so bad!
Is the Zephyr car made by Ford still on u.s. roads ?

i think a better question would be "who thinks they're saving the environment by driving a prius?"you see, people in fairly efficient vehicles like mine are forced to burn more gas getting around your slow car than is saved by driving a crackerjack toy.
but on a serious note, a study was conducted (i do not have a source, which kills my credibility) and showed that it is cheaper to own a Hummer (yes, those big badass original Hummers) than to own a Prius, taking into account original purchase, standard maintinance, and disposal of byproducts, etc.
