How is the engine oil condition and level? Believe it or not, the level and condition will affect how well it starts, runs and performs overall. What was common to wear out was the o-rings inside the high pressure pump, on the IPR (injector pressure regulator). Do you have access to a scan tool? If so, have you read the ICP (injector control pressure) and IPR duty cycle readings with the engine at hot idle? (should be between 9 & 11%) Are there any oil leaks?
