i own a shop,and all you have to do is remove all the handles and cranks if it don't have power windows,and all screws from the center of it that might be holding it on,and then you go around the edge of the panel with a screw driver and pop the panel out wards ,its only held on by plastic clips and all of these should survive,sometimes a few of them will break,but they can easily be replaced at any parts store,and that's about it,you can get to the inside part to repair it,and put it all back together and your done,be careful though,if it acts like it has another screw holding it,look it over real good before trying to remove it,good luck with it,i hope this helps.
