My jetta 2000 suddently failed to open the windows and the sunroof, what should i do?

my car suddently didn't open the windows and also the alarm fails , also the sunroof fails to open, only the locks work, it seems that something electrical is going on, what should i do? check the fuses? i did and all of them are working, are there other fuses, ?, i don't want to take it to VW because they charge way too much, i need help,
