For the mirrors I would try Ebay for the cheapest price but go to Quadratec.com to find more types of them. Quadratec has some that will mount in the hinges after the doors are taken off or some that will mount to the windshield hinge bolts. For the light you can pull the fuse behind the glove box to turn it out. Look in your owners manual and in the section where it explains how to remove your top and doors it will tell you which number fuse to pull. Or Quadratec carries a "TJ Dome Light Switch" for $25 that plugs in one time and all you have to do after that is flip a rocker switch to turn the lights off each time your doors are removed. Try turning the light switch right and left. Some models operate the dome light. So if you are lucky you can turn yours off from there.

They may also tell you how to turn dome light out.take out the glove box and pull fuse #4 that will do it and you can still turn the lighs on with the headlight swich if you have a stick and you put a fuse in the auto trans space you can start the jeep with out pushing the clutch in.
quadratec.com sells mirror relocation brackets that re-use your existing mirrors or sells mirrors outright that utilize the door hinges. they also sell a little spring clip that attatches to the door pin swith to defeat the dome light. i just take out the dome light's bulb
