Next time you have your car worked on, be sure the technican checks the lateral runout of the hub surface. To do it, he needs to be sure to remove any built-up rust on the hub mating surface. If there isn't any rust, it's easy to check with a dial indicator. After checking the hub runout, install the new rotor, and check for total lateral runout. If it's worse, index the rotor's "high" spot witht he hub's "low" spot, and re-check total runout.

one of two things will normally cause this problem. over tourqing the wheel lugs will cause this...but not normally on front wheel drive as the rotor is seperate from the hub. The other thing which will cause this is riding the brake and getting the rotors hot...one foot...two pedals...your right foot works the gas and the brake...if it's a stick your left foot operates this...if you are using your left foot on the brake...then most likely...whether you realize it or not you are riding the brake and getting the rotors hot...which will cause the warping.Why doesn't Subaru use DOHC on non-turbo models?
buy better rotors, not the cheap oneson thing that warps rotors often is braking hard and often(building heat) then hitting a puddle or having a rapid decrease in temp. but if you do buy quality rotors and make sure they aren't warped when you put them on your car (I've seen rotors warped up to 35 thousands brand new many times) and get quality rotors. also if you switched to ceramic pads which are harder, they tend to do that to cheap rotors

I would advise torgueing the lugs to spec in a star pattern, otherwise they will warp.. if you did the brake job yourself, maybe you bent the springs on the calipers?..How to install a starter 1985 corvette?
When you install the wheels, are you using the right torque and tightening the lugs in a star pattern? improper tightening of the lug nuts is the main reason the rotors get warped. Hope this helps.You obviously are overheating them. Lay off the autocrossing on your way to school, and buy some organic (non metalic) brake pads. They'll wear out quicker, but saves your rotors.
