Problem starting my mk4 1.8t jetta?

Question:
a persist problem i have is sum times when i start my jetta it will idel low for a minute and then dies, there is on throttle response, if i c keep cranking on and off ,it will start, it mite take 2 or 200 trys, i had the ecu chiped to , sum help me
