#1 it,s a Windstar. Just kidding. You might have a brake vacuum booster leaking. It,s easy to check just pinch off the brake supply hose to the booster and see if the RPM changes at idle, if it does it is leaking.

The brakes on a car are designed with brake horsepower in mind.
Why would you do this?
It is hard on your brakes (overheating) and especially hard on your transmission.
