The car started with a little trouble, but now it wont start at all and there is no power at all none of the lights come on. I checked the starter and the batt. the starter sound like it turns and the batt. is good what else could it be?

Might clarify a little...Does the starter turn the engine over or do you just hear it grinding?? If the bendix isn't engaging, it won't be turning over the engine, just spinning the starter.
Other than that, does it restart when it is cold?

Fuses or ignition switch would be most likely.
