Question:
I have always wanted one, recently sold my paid off 02' Pontiac Boniville (great car) but always wanted a jacked-up jeep. Currently looking at the 06' Wrangler 4x4. Any advice for a off roading country girl? Thanks!

the army stopped useing them years ago. if they were any good , they would have kept that product. that said, they break down a lot, and the handling / ride really sucks.i convert them all the time to a chevy power train, motor, transmission, transfer case, and front and rear axles.
and then they are reliable.
Where is the FUEL FILTER located on the 95 escort wagon...1.9 l engine?
Great choice of vehicle. They're great offroad vehicles stock from the factory, but can easily be modified. They are very dependable, and not bad on gas either. Start with a lift kit, and bigger tires, then install lockers front and rear, and you will have a pretty nice offroad truck, and something that will attract guys. We're selling our 1970 Monte Carlo. How can we find out the selling price ranges. Car is original.?
They are a bit bumpy and you will feel every knick and cranny in the road, but that's the joy of owning a Jeep. Also, you could compare the gas mileage as those of some trucks, not to good in city, but ok on the highway. They are very easy to turn and you can park them just about anywhere with no problem. Just be sure that if you get one not to turn too sharp too fast because you will take the risk of rolling it. As for off roading, if you get a stocked Jeep (one that has everything factory), then you could put a lift, bigger and wider tires, and suspension on it. Also, you will be amazed at what a stock Jeep can do without any upgrades added. I absolutely love my Jeep and I am sure that if you get one you will love it too.Hope this answers your questions.

What is a map sensor for a Ford F150?
Jeeps are great. It is the only vehicle that I have ever wanted. They are loud and they don't go very fast, but they are dependable and easy to get around in. They are kind of hard to handle when it is windy out and you have to remember not to turn to sharply in them because they will turn over. I say go for it and get one. You will be happy that you did. What kind of car is Peyton's car on One Tree Hill?
Terrible warranty (even though it looks good), horrible gas mileage, and they break down. Believe me, this is my third one and I'm done. The problems that I've been having with Chrysler Corp and the dealership are unbelieveable. Once you drive that car off the lot they'll never be nice again. How to transfer a Suzuki powertrain warranty?
Get a Toyota or something else that's not going to break down. Don't listen to me though, there are complaints all over the internet about it and the problems are real.

I like my jeep and I have only had it for a few months. The handling on a jeep when it is lifted is different than a stock vehicle. It is wobbly ( lack of a better word). It will take some getting used to driving it but when you get used to it is is awesome. I have had to do some work on mine like any other vehicle. Mine is a 2000 with only 52,000 miles on it most people see the low mileage but the stuff was seven years old. Just like any other vehicle if you maintain it properly it will work when you need it. If you lift it there are many options from cheap to break the bank but remember you will have to get larger tires which are not cheap, different wheels same as tires not cheap. But you won't regret it have fun good luckMore Questions & Answers ...
