how loud will my 2003 ford f150 be with glasspacks?what will gas mileage be?
no--contact The manufacturer of the lights. They have the knowledge of what resister or flasher relay you need to switch too. This is a very common problem LED lights only use about 1/10th of the energy that a normal bulb uses---so there is not enough current going threw the flasher relay too work correctly. i had the resister number that I had to picked up at RADIO SHACK--but can't seem to find it. it is a real easy repair. But, if your using a Heavy duty flasher--replace it with a standard duty, that may fix it with out anything more. They are a great light to go with, esp because they are more visible and durable. they last a lifetime and can handle more abuse. Most cities in the United States are using them on buses, trucks, equipment, and stop lights because of this. Newer cars are coming with them and it makes a world of difference in older classic cars that didn't have the third tail light, or a big enough alternator to keep the lights bright at Idle speed while sitting at a stop light.
I'm looking to buy a 2006 Dodge Charger. Are they reliable? Lots of repairs needed?
That seems strange I have used them before on many cars and that never happened. Make sure your fronts are still operational. P.S. add what type of vehicle it is.I'd avoid leds in taillights and blinkers, everything else is ok. The draw isn't enough to worry about. You want people to be able to clearly see you when you brake. Incandescants have leds beat only in this area.
How much would somebody pay for my 1979 Ford F-250 4x4 with a 351W ?
I use leds in all other areas of my cars though. Plus it is a major pain in the *** wiring in load resistors to each socket just to have one in your turn signal. It blinks fast because to the circuit it appears there is no power being used because the draw is so low. It thinks the bulb is burnt out. Therefore you need a load resistor.
Is it possible to increase mileage on new car-2006 Nissan Murano only gets 17-18 mpg-highway?
But to each his own I guess.
my 1992 dodge dakota fuel gauge is stuck at 3/4,?
there not really legal but people are putting them on and have seen tickets being written for them already cause the car behind you is blinded by its brightness , and if leave it stock you will not have this after market syndromeMore Questions & Answers ...
