I need to disable my car alarm on my 1995 VW Jetta III, how do I do that?

Both Key cylinders are out, wont start because when you turn the key the alarm goes off.

your alarm is under the dash at driver side right below the guage cluster . you can use flat head screwdriver and turn the driver door lock/latch to the left that will disarm your alarm ..and make sure you set the latch back to middle position . ( certified VW tech)
