Both give substatial amounts of horespower gain, but remember when you do things like this you need tires that will keep a good amount of road holding so you are not sqeuling your tires eveychance you get. you will also need to change out the cam and the crank. if possible get the cylinders bored out. you have to have a nice exhaust to cause if your pony cant breath its just losing power. when you rip the block apart to do stuff in there you need to make sure there is no crevices or anything. when everything is done the last thing you need if full synthetic motor oil cause its the most smoothest oil and it has less frictionand at high temps it doesnt gunk up or any thing.
