2001 Dodge 2500?

Question:
I am looking for information on how to take the dash apart, so I can install a new center thing that holds the drinks and stuff in my truck. I got the new one, and I can see where a few of the screws need to come out, but there are a few under the dash, and I really don't want to take it apart and break it, what would be the best way to take it apart?

Answers:

I just bought a 2003 Ford Focus with a stabilizer bar; I give up. what are they for?

I personally have never had one out, but, if you approach the situation carefully and look to see where everything mounts and where screws are you should be able to do it properly. Just dive in and be methoughtical and be careful I am sure you can do it. Check where the it hinges at the dash and try to learn how it works and how it is held in place. Look at the new one and see what the mounting looks like on the one your removing. You should be able to find your answers by looking at the new one.
GOOD LUCK.
