Let me tell you why this is a bad idea.My 93 mazda 626 will turn over but not crank?
You can super charge any car with a 'normal' engine. Unless it's something weird like a rotary engine. So you could do it.
But the problem is everything else on the car was designed to work with the engine as it was. The transmission, the brakes, the suspension etc. You are going to have to replace these items to get the most out of your super charged engine.
What do I need to Update my 68 Chevy pickup to disc brakes, it has 12" drums with 8 lug pattern?
Your next problem is that doing all this will invalidate your insurance. If you wrap your fast new vehicle around a tree and they later find you super charged it, expect them not to pay out. It is usually a condition of insurance that the vehicle be as it left the factory. If you don't tell them about this kind of modification, expect them to revoke your insurance. This could also get you into legal trouble if you are involved in an accident and someone or an insurance company decides to sue you.
Would you buy a nissan sentra 1999 ?
When you sell the vehicle or trade it, if the buyer discovers what you have done, they will likely steer well clear of your vehicle. These kind of third party modifications are very unpopular for all of the above reasons. On top of that they will assume that you are a little boy racer and worry that you have thrashed the vehicle to death. They will be worried about long term reliability. All of this will affect your resale values.
I have a '05 Ford Taurus SE 3.o can I use engine computer from '06 Ford Taurus SEL 3.0??
Finally if you get a car that still has the warranty on it, this kind of modification will basically void your warranty. So now you are on your own if the vehicle breaks down or has another warranty issue.
How much for a 3inch body kit??
My advice is to learn to drive a stick. It's not that hard to do. Learning to drive a stick opens up a whole bunch of cars like the WRX and stuff like that which only comes in a manual.

any internal combustion engine can be supercharged. All a supercharger is is a belt driven compressor. It compresses the incoming air. More air=more fuel=more power.Top speed of 2005 sr5 hilux dual cab diesel?
and If you want a fast car, dont buy an RSX. theyre not built to be horsepower monsters or drag strip champs. If you want somethign to make power, buy something american with a good motor. They wont be as refined, but considering you can get an LS1 F-body (or possibly an LS2 GTO) for less than an RSX, its damned worth it if you want power. Youll start with more than your power goal, and the motor can handle 6,7,800+ hp without too much dificulty. Parts are also wicked cheap for them. Not only that, but theyre also the ever handy RWD, which will get you better traction also.

and if you want a decently fast car, learn to drive stick. seriously.
How much is a Diesel Honda CRV new?
then again, considering you dont seem to know much abuot cars, its probably better that you dont buy something too fast. People that arent car junkies tend to be horrid drivers behind the wheel of a car with a decent amount of power.

How do you replace a cam sensor on a 94 Explorer 4.0?
The 'base' RSX is roughly the performance equivalent of the new Honda CIVIC Si. I have seen clips on YouTube of older Honda Civics running the quarter mile in the low 10 second range...clearly a very aggressive buildout generating several hundred hp...hardly a street car.How do I change the PCV Valve on a 2000 chevy Suburban?
You may have got the impression that the 'base' RSX cannot be supercharged from information coming off the COMPTECH USA.com website. They offer a supercharger kit, but only for the type 'S' version. However, a search of the Internet will likely reveal other manufacturers offering both supercharging as well as turbocharging options.
Is there an engine swap for a '91 Chevy Cavalier Z28?
A supercharger build-out including headers & exhaust will likely give an RSX (base model) an addtional 50-60 hp over stock. Typcially, most superchargers add somewhere from 4 - 6 lbs of boost...a fairly modest gain...it preserves daily drivability & street reliability of the vehicle. It would take a more aggressive approach such as installing a turbocharger and adding a 'hot street' cam to the mix to get the kind of gains you mentioned.
Can you turbo an automatic mistubishi eclipse ?
Also, it would not be wise to pursue too much additional power from an automatic transmission. The RSX's AT wasn't built to handle the kinds of gains you're interested in. And large increases in power will also add an unnerving amount of torque steer. Minimally you'd want to add an external transmission cooler, plus consider a limited slip differential...while being happy with lesser power gains coming from under 8 psi of boost.
Which car shall i get , ford puma or ford focus?
Comptech was supposed to be coming out with an S/C but I dont think they ever did. I know they do make a turbo kit for the base (but it's about $3800). Cybernation makes the kits, and there are in fact a couple of 250+ hp RSX automatics out there. i agree with you learning to drive stick. it's safer than at in a number of ways. but.the manual tranny of a type s has a couple of issues. and before anyone jumps on that statement call your local acura dealer and ask for the tsb. my wifes 3rd gear had to be replaced and 2 friends as well. the following statement is not ment to be rude or offend anyone, it was suggested to look into a wrx. if you are interested in it do not learn standard on it, do not drive it like a honda, awd is a whole new ballgame and it can be a very expensive lesson. and if your thinking of the warranty, don't, especially if you beat it...you'll be stuck with a nice bill. and learn how to be a safe driver before getting hp crazy. listen to the people that responded on here. from what i read they know what their talking about. good luck with everything.More Questions & Answers ...
