Sorry, my friend. It just can't be done. Alfa hasn't sold cars here since the mid-90's. If you try to import one from Europe, the task of proving compliance with DOT and EPA regulations will fall to you, since the manufacturer has never complied the cars. If Alfa is reading this, we're all waiting!
