Hey does 3000 for a Pontiac Grand Prix with a 3.8L engine(118K miles) sound fair?

Question:
It is in pretty good condition. Very light wear on front bumper. It has a 3.8liter engine but I think it is the SE edition. The seller must be over 70 and he got it from a lease in 2000. I test drove it for a half hour. The only problem is that the blower fan is broken and it makes a horrible sound when AC and heat is on. I heard the labor is expensive to fix this.

If this is the Quad For 3.8L engine forget it the cost for repair on the engine is outrageous. I would keep looking for something else. With a broken blower fan it could be as simple as a broken cage but it could also need a new motor either way it is not worth it.
My personal opinion plus experience with a grand am.
