It really depends on what you have in your engine. I have a 355 4 bolt main. Weind stealth intake manifold, 750 holly double pumper, Scat crank and rods, Flow tech headers, with a .526 lunati voodoo cam.1987 Chevy suburban not charging,NEW alternator and battery. Not Draining, just isnt charging.?
My cam has a very nice thump and I'm very pleased with the outcome. Yet you need new valve springs and long slotted rockers. If not you will break rockers all the time. I did. I do have an extra mild .4 something cam.
