i rotated the tires but it still does it.at certain speeds its feel like the whole jeep is gonna shake itself into pieces.the shaking is so bad i had to pull over 3 or 4 times.is it the steering stabilizer? i just replaced that about 6 mos ago,shouldnt be bad allready.im gonna change it again and see what happens

Check the track bar. This is very common on Wranglers and is also known as "death wobble." Have somebody rock the steering wheel back and forth while watching the ball joint end of the track bar. If it moves, replace it. The steering damper isn't going to change a thing. What is happening is the entire axle is moving from side to side. Usually happens at around 50 mph.
