I had Tein Flex for a while and they were great for the street and ok for mild tracking, but didn't quite have the ride quality / handling I was looking for some serious asphalt chewing at the track. I recently switched to Zeal V6s with 10k/8k springs and after much tweaking my car now does what I expect it to do at the track, but it most definitely isn't very street friendly.

Tein and Koni is a pretty good brand, they have WRX suspension.
