look on the front of the engine where all of the belts are, there should be a reservoir right on the pump (the pump is run by the belt), black with a round black lid and yellow writing on it. You can usually refill those with regular transmission fluid. What size tires does a 1993 chevy cavaleir have?

Look down below the belts on the right hand side,There should be a cap about 1 1/2" in diameter to chect the fluid. With the engine off and completely cool, open the engine compartment (hood). Look at the steering column where it proceeds through the firewall from the passenger compartment. Visually follow it toward the front of the car to find the steering box. On the steering box you will see two hoses. The other ends of those hoses will connect to the power steering pump. The pump is mounted to the front of the engine like the alternator and the air conditioner. The power steering pump has a reservoir for power steering fluid.

if you can't find it by now stop looking because you have no business doing maintenance on your car because if you put it in the wrong place you will have lots of problems so just stop before you destroy something. Stop at your local garage or automotive store like Auto-zone and they will show you and fill it for you.More Questions & Answers ...
