Can you help on Wiper Arm replacement?

Question:
The passenger side wiper arm on one of my cars broke during a recent ice storm. It's still attached, but doesn't move by itself.

Installing door poppers?

The car is a 2002 Grand Prix, 3.8l.

How can i remove the rear axle on my 1997 dodge ram 3500?

I have looked on websites for Napa, O'Reilly's, Advance Auto, and Autozone. NONE of them even list a passenger side wiper arm, only a driver's side.

General Motors OnStar...Where in the U.S. does OnStar not connect with it's satalite?

Why is this? Are the passenger and driver side wiper arms for this car interchangeable? Are my only options the dealer or a junkyard?

the wiper arm will "strip" where it attaches to the wiper shaft,you don't have to replace it,with the wipers off & parked use a 13mm wrench and tighten the retaining nut "snug" that should take care off it (done a lot of them that way)
