That model is a very popular base for tuner projects here in California. No problems to speak of other than the things that wear out with age like the trailing arm bushings and motor mounts. Other than that, they are bulletproof, economical and a lot of fun to drive.

in asia people call it 'the bullet'.. if with V-TEC engine then its ok... well maybe need some 'refreshing' to the suspension & bushing.. its still a hot-hatchback.. (the vtec engine is great+lots of performance part still exsist out there)
