What can I do to my sentra se-r spec-v to increase power?

I want to do it without adding any parts, at the moment, so I am talking ECU or if it has one a PCM.

The problem with only playing with the ecu is that you would have to have done something to the engine first, like a cold air intake, or added a turbo, or headers, or something along those lines.
Your ecu is programmed to operate the engine as it is, once you mod it is when you want to send off the ecu to be programmed to compensate for the added mods.
And even if there is a company that will prog your ecu, you will be without the car while you send the ecu to the company that will do the programming.
