IT'S YOUR TRACTION CONTROL. WHEN DRIVING ON A SLIPPERY SURFACE AND THE TRACTION CONTROL ACTIVATES THE LIGHT WILL FLASH MOMENTARILY.IF YOU TURN IT OFF VIA THE BUTTON NEXT TO THE FLASHER BUTTON, THE LIGHT WILL STAY ON.outside air filter need replacing i think and seat belt
