It all depends on what year it is. If it is older than a 2003 model, below the clock is a flip-down panel (also the button you push to make the clock light up when the car is off). Under this panel are the buttons to change the time. H is for Hour, and M for minute. Hold down on what one you want to change until the correct time appears.

if your asking this more than likley u have a 98-02 accord and u need to change the bulb im guessing...its easy take a small screwdriver and pry in the seam at the edege of the clock its only poppein into place with a couple of clips its a easy fix
