Find a cap on in the engine compartment that says coolant and top to the full line. If you keep having to add coolant you need to take it to a service station and have them do a pressure system test to find as leak. You should not have to keep topping coolant off. You might only need to add a very little bit of coolant every oil change if the system is sealed

Find the cap on the coolant expansion tank usually white plastic and fill to the line on the side of the tank. Don't fill from the cap on the radiator. If you still have to refill more frequent have cooling system checked for problems. Escorts had a problem with cracked heads that leaked coolant into the cylinders that would show up on the oil dip stick as a white looking fluff. This type of leak is not visible from outside of engine.
