Remember--the dealer aint gonna give you squat for it and regardless how many times you trade in your Mustang/s there will always be a better one out on the market.Keep the 99 a while longer.Heck its only at half life right now.Do you really want a car payment or just a higher one for that matter just for another Mustang with only 40 more horses than you have now?? Another option is to just keep it and upgrade it. It's a toy car now, so have some fun with it. Side pipes, maybe a rousch supercharger, upgrade the suspension. Enjoy.
