Sounds like your Distribution block is dirty, when it gets damp outside it arcs and will not allow enough spark.Follow a plug wire to a block that has all 6 or 8 hooked in, it should be white on the side the wires plug into if not it is OK to spray it off as the clean water isn't a good conductor of High voltage.
