ignition timing or cam timing? cam timing would be if you were replacing a timing belt. Ignition on those is automatic if you have the v6 with coil pack ignition. If you have 5 cyl with a distributor then go to autozone.com and they shuold have a procedure for going through it. I dont hav e my manual with me right now. so let me know what you are trying to accomplish and I can help more.
