Anyone know anything about Ford fuel injection?

Question:
I'm getting electricity to only 4 of the 8 injectors. The middle four and not the 2 rear or 2 front injectors. What controls the blast of electricity to injectors? This is on a F-250 pickup, 1988 with a 460.

red wire provides 12v power to all injectors, the other wire is the ground wire going back to PCM where it's grounded internally to fire them
