your emergency brake may be on!!emergency brake light is usualy red. the orange light is most likely your gas light. it comes on when your gas tank is almost empty. just fill er' up and it should go away.

If it looks like there is a cross section of a tire around the light (an ! in a horseshoe) then it is the low tire pressure monitor warning light. See if all of the tires are properly inflated.that car has got to have onstar hit them up and they will check it out while you drive in most cases they will ask you to pull over and put it in park. If no onstar take it to the dealer tell them where you rented from and they will authorize the charges and square you away
