most likely since its keyed it will be to deep to buff out but run your finger nail across it and if it catches its to deep and needs to be repainted, if it does not catch go to the auto part store (pep boys, advance auto parts, auto zone) and get something called paint cleaner, or paint docter (works the best for me (black car)), a terry towel, and hand buffing pads.

shack the paint docter and pour some does not matter how much rubber the compound on the scratch with some pressure then clean with the terry towel then i recommend washing the car

Assuming this is the case, go to a body shop and figure out what the cost of getting these strips repainted will be.
