Overseas factory warranty?

Question:
i was wondering if anybody knows or could help me with that? i want to buy me a new Chevy Tahoe and i:m getting ready to Pcs to Germany now at the Chevy dealer they told me that my factory warranty is not good overseas,does anybody knows anything more about that? im thankful for any help

Just move back from Germany, and the military dealers over do not sell GM any more, so now there are no places that will do warranty work on GM cars and trucks. However there are still places around the bigger military bases/post that will work on GM cars and trucks but you will have to pay for all the work that is done.

I would say if you want to buy a new car, wait until you get to Germany and the buy one (no Tax at the military dealer ships) but the only thing you can get is Ford and Chrysler
