Dodge caravan Fuel pump 1999?

Question:
3.3 L v-6 dodge caravan sport. I have put 2 new fuel filters on and the one connector keeps poping off. Is this a fuel pump or module problem? Has anyone heard of this PLEASE HELP

the blue or green quick connect coupler should stay on the fuel pump module. if it is coming off check it for damage also check the nipple on the fuel pump it should have a ring around it that holds the coupler on the fuel line should snap on and not be able to be pulled off unless the tabs on the coupler are pushed in

It sounds like one of the quick disconnect connectors may be faulty, you have have to remove it and just you high pressure fuel hose.
