Is Toyota Model GG-EE103V EFI ?

H.O stands for High Output, meaning it has more power and torque. Here is a quote from www.allpar.com :

Why is Isuzu not popular?

Cummins lovers will be happy to see a new straight-six common-rail turbo diesel in both standard and high output - making 250 horsepower and 460 lb-ft of torque in the standard output version, and, starting in 2005, 610 lb-ft of torque in the high output version. The diesel version can tow 23,000 pounds (gross combined weight). The Cummins is the most powerful diesel engine available in its class. It also has a longer certified engine life than Chevrolet or Ford diesels, with an average major overhaul interval of 350,000 miles and 30-40 percent fewer parts than typical V8 diesels.\
