It would be best to check your service manual. The plugs are worth more.
if your jeep liberty has the stock 3.7L V-6... and it is just a dayly driver for you but you still have fun in it every now and then you should change the plug every 6 months... but along with the changing of plugs... you should have a tune up every year...
