Daihatsu Sirion?

Question:
i want to buy a daihatsu sirion either 98, 99, or 2000 model and i'm after honest opinions from sirion owners. what are the cars like, are they a lemon or are they worth the money? I know they aren't powerful cars and struggle up hills but is there anything i should know that are problems with the car. I don't want to buy one and find out later on that i've wasted my money. I like the look of them and hope there an ok little car.
