hi there!i have repaired many of those clusters. They tend to develop an intermittent short on right side of cluster.
it is very easy to fix by replacing two capacitors on the circuit board. parts costs less than $5.00
there is NO Cable and Housing in the vehicle.

Did you replace the speedo cable ? I've seen them when the bottom end isn't square any more, and doesn't engage the gear in the tranny properly.
