well depending if you are gonna rebuild yours or go for a used unit from wrecking yard.a rebuilt one turn key job will run you 1100.00 to 2400.00 just depending on who you use.used ones installed should go for about 600.00 to 1100.00 installed.the biggest problem will be finding a reputable repair facility,one that can deliver on what they say in a timely manner.

If you buy a used or rebuilt then the warranty is only 12months/120000 miles. I am a transmissions Tech at a Ford dealer and find that when people are shown these options they will go with a reman every time.
