1992 Lincoln Town Car?

Nope , the proper psi would depend of a few factors . Tire style and size , and how the tire tread is meeting the road . Just because the tires max pressure is 35psi doesnt mean thats how much you need . If its a wide tire and you have more pressure than you need it will wear out the center of the tread and it wont grip the road right . If the tire is too narrow for the rim because you have installed wide rims then it may need to be maxed out to get the whole tread to contact the road surface .
